Children's Events @ The Tricycle Theatre
The Tricycle runs a year-round programme of activities for young people and children with dedicated theatre productions, films and workshops as well as an active Youth Theatre and Young Artists Group.
Children's Theatre
The Tricycle presents different theatre shows every Saturday at 11.30 and 2pm from September to June. These cater for children and young people from 2 - 12 years and their families.

Children's Cinema
The Tricycle Cinema presents a family film (U or PG certificate) every Saturday.

Workshops
During term time The Tricycle runs ten week programmes of hugely popular dance and drama workshops for children and young people from 18 months to 16 years old. These are detailed in a separate leaflet available from The Tricycle. Early booking is a must! During half terms a separate series of one-off dance, drama and craft workshops are held at the Tricycle for children and young people aged 3 - 16 years. Youth Theatre
For ages 16 - 25 years.
The Youth Theatre usually takes place at the Tricycle every Thursday from 7pm - 9pm in 12 week terms. Members learn a variety of dramatic skills and techniques while working towards presenting a performance. For more information about joining the Tricycle Youth Theatre, please call the Tricycle Box Office on 020 7328 1000. Commitment is essential, previous theatre experience is not necessary.
Young Artists Group
If you are 11 - 18 years old, interested in art or taking art as a subject at school or college and are keen to develop your skills and ideas with the Tricycle's Artist in Residence, then the Young Artists Group is for you.
Workshops usually take place every Tuesday and Friday from 4.00 - 6.00pm during term time The course is FREE and although members benefit from regular attendance, it is not compulsory to come to both sessions a week.
